ABOUT
The purpose of the PTO is to enhance and support the educational experience at Troutman Elementary, to develop a closer connection between school and home by encouraging parental involvement, and to improve the environment at Troutman Elementary through volunteers and financial support.
PTO Board
Per our Bylaws the PTO Board shall consist of the following officers: President, Vice President Secretary, and Treasurer. The duties of the Board will be to develop the PTO’s annual budget, oversee Fundraising & Special Event sub-committees and to ensure the mission of the TES PTO is met.
